Terms of use

The practical rules for accessing Kenka, protecting your account, and using market information responsibly.

Effective 13 July 2026
01

Using Kenka

These terms govern your access to Kenka's website, account experience, investment ideas, portfolio tools, and related services. By creating an account or continuing to use Kenka, you agree to follow these terms.

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement where you live and use Kenka only for lawful personal purposes.

02

Account access

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your password and sign-in methods, and promptly telling us about suspected unauthorized access.

We may restrict access where necessary to protect an account, investigate misuse, maintain the service, or comply with applicable requirements.

03

Market information

Prices, comparisons, predictions, portfolio values, and other market information may be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable. They are provided for product exploration and should be assessed alongside your own research and circumstances.

Nothing on Kenka is a promise of future performance or a personal recommendation. A published idea can lose value and can reach its invalidation condition.

04

Acceptable use

Do not misuse Kenka, interfere with its operation, evade access controls, probe other users' accounts, introduce harmful code, automate abusive traffic, or use the service in a way that infringes another person's rights.

You may not copy, resell, or systematically extract Kenka content or data except where we have agreed in writing or applicable law permits it.

05

Intellectual property

Kenka's product design, writing, software, branding, and original methodology materials belong to Kenka or its licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable right to use the service in accordance with these terms.

06

Service availability

We work to keep Kenka reliable, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Features, supported assets, data sources, schedules, and account scenarios may change as the product develops.

We may suspend or discontinue part of the service where reasonably necessary, including for security, maintenance, provider outages, or material changes to the product.

07

Responsibility

You remain responsible for decisions you make after reviewing Kenka content. To the extent permitted by law, Kenka is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on market information, unavailable features, third-party services, or unauthorized account access outside our reasonable control.

08

Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the product, legal requirements, or provider relationships change. The effective date on this page identifies the current version.
