- Screenshots or browser details when they help explain a technical issue.
Account and security
Do not send passwords, confirmation codes, authentication cookies, API keys, or other sign-in secrets by email. Kenka will never ask for your password.
If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password first and include the approximate time and device involved in your report.
Partnerships and media
For data, technology, reserve, research, investment, or media conversations, use the product enquiries route and include your organization, role, and the scope you would like to discuss.

Send correspondence to hello@kenka.trade. Requests involving personal information should come from the email linked to the relevant account so identity can be verified safely.
