Information we collect

Account information includes your email address, authentication identifier, sign-in provider, and account settings.

Product activity includes selected scenarios, risk preference, saved ideas, portfolio actions, and reset history.

Technical information can include device and browser details, IP-derived security signals, request logs, and diagnostic events.

02

How we use information

  • Provide and secure your account and preserve your selected experience.
  • Operate portfolio, reserve-gold, idea, and activity features.
  • Diagnose reliability issues, prevent misuse, and improve product quality.
  • Respond to requests and send essential account or security communications.
  • Meet applicable legal, security, and record-keeping requirements.
03

Service providers

We use carefully selected providers for hosting, authentication, database services, model processing, market data, monitoring, and email delivery. They process information for Kenka under their service terms and security controls.

Google sign-in shares the information shown on Google's consent screen. Model processing is designed around market facts and structured idea inputs rather than personal account data.

04

When information is shared

We may share information with service providers, professional advisers, or authorities where needed to operate Kenka, protect users, investigate misuse, complete a corporate transaction, or comply with a lawful request. We do not sell personal information.

05

Retention

We retain information for as long as it supports your account, product integrity, security, dispute handling, and applicable obligations. Retention periods differ by data type; security and audit records may remain after an account is closed where reasonably necessary.

06

Security

Kenka uses access controls, encryption in transit and at rest where supported, isolated credentials, and operational monitoring. No online system removes every risk, so protect your sign-in details and report unexpected account activity promptly.

07

Your choices

You may update account settings in the product and can ask about access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information. Some information may be retained where required for security, legal, or integrity reasons.

Send a privacy request from the email linked to your account so we can verify the request safely.

08

International processing and contact

Kenka and its providers may process information in countries other than your own. We consider provider safeguards and applicable transfer requirements when selecting services.
